Finding a therapist with whom you feel secure and comfortable can be equally daunting, especially when you, your child, or your loved one, are in the midst of emotional and psychological pain. I am invested in cultivating a safe, supportive, and trusting environment where clients can get "unstuck" from thoughts and emotions that interfere with their goals and happiness.
