I have many years of experience in the field of counseling. I have worked in several inpatient treatment facilities including The Meadows and Shades of Hope. I have also worked for Indian Health Services in various tribal nations which contributed to my knowledge and cultural competence. The therapy issues that I work with most effectively are Addictions, PTSD, Eating Disorders, Codependence, Relationship Issues, Depression and Anxiety. I understand that it takes a great deal of courage to reach out and trust someone to be your guide through a difficult time. Please know, that my approach is a collaborative to achieve your goal(s).
