It takes a great deal of strength and courage to begin a therapeutic relationship. My goal is to support you in living your most meaningful life. I hold a safe and compassionate space where you will develop coping skills, self confidence, and a sense of empowerment when working on your areas of concern. You will learn to manage stress, improve interpersonal communication, learn about and implement self-care and boundaries. My therapeutic approach is rooted in compassion, collaboration, and a deep belief in your innate capacity for growth and change. I’m dedicated to creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities that are tailored to each individual client.
