Hi, I’m Carrie. I am a licensed clinical social worker in the state of Hawaii. I help young adults and adults cope with and manage symptoms relating to ADHD, OCD, eating disorders, and trauma. My approach is tailored to each client and their individual goals and needs. Some therapeutic interventions include cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, somatic and trauma-informed, and exposure response prevention. My communication style is warm, nonjudgmental, comforting, and humorous. I strive to create a safe place for my clients to openly express themselves.
