I am a licensed psychologist in Colorado. I have been a practicing psychologist for 20 years. Most recently, I worked with patients at UCHealth, Integrative Medicine Center. Currently, in addition to providing services through Lightbrook Psychology, LLC, I am clinical faculty at the University of Denver, Graduate School of Professional Psychology (GSPP) where I teach Health Psychology and direct practicum and internship training. Apart from my professional work, I love spending time with family. I love running, hiking, camping and creative writing. I have a running podcast that focuses on running, parenting and mid-life challenges.
