My practice is a virtual practice that allows clients greater access to therapy through more flexible scheduling and eliminating time in transportation. My approach to therapy is founded in the value of the therapeutic relationship. It is important that my clients feel heard and validated with a sense of security as they explore experiences of both suffering and success. I believe that each individual I have the honor to work with is an expert in their lives and my role is to help facilitate a joint process of exploring solutions, skills, and building existing strengths necessary to live more peacefully and authentically.
