Hi there, I'm Carrie! I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who has been providing mental health treatment to adolescents and adults for over 30 years. I specialize in treating eating disorders, anxiety, and trauma via telehealth. I utilize Family Based Treatment, Internal Family Systems Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help my clients to improve how they feel and function in their lives. I also have lived experience as a person who has recovered from her own eating disorder.
