Hi there! Thanks for checking out my profile! I know searching for the right therapist can be difficult, so here’s a little about me. I work with a wide range of human experiences such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, stress, communication issues, parenting issues, and sex and relationship issues (including polyamory). Although I enjoy working with all kinds of problems, my specialty is working with ADHD/Autism and the LGBTQ+ community. I provide gender affirming care for trans and gender expansive folks and provide letters for gender affirming surgery or hormones! I pull from multiple therapy modalities depending on what feels like the best fit. I commonly utilize a person centered approach as well as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, IFS, Solution Focused Therapy, and some elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with a healthy dose of humor on the side.
