My approach to psychotherapy is trauma-informed, existential, experiential, and integrative, and I strive to build a healing relationship with clients based on trust, communication, support, and occasional challenge. I specialize in depth psychotherapy. I work well with individuals who are motivated, introspective and curious. I strive to assist clients in developing further insight into their own emotional states and thoughts and taking committed action in their lives to improve well-being and fulfillment. I consider psychotherapy my craft and was trained in a small doctoral program at Penn State focused on interpersonal process.
