I am licensed in multiple states including California with many years of professional work experience as a therapist. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, mood instability, overcoming addictions, and healing trauma. Our human condition is one that requires guidance and compassion. Helping my clients elevate out of depression, enduring grief and resolving loss are among the most common services I provide. I work with individuals, couples and families to create a safe space where thoughts and feelings can be explored without fear of judgment.
