I work with adolescents, teens, and adults to build self-esteem, increase emotional awareness, and to develop healthy coping strategies for anxiety, depression, and life adjustments. I am passionate about helping families and couples navigate difficult life transitions, enhance communication, and improve relationship dynamics. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.
