Welcome! I'm so glad you're considering working together. My practice is grounded in humanistic therapy, which focuses on helping you build self-awareness to identify your strengths, develop coping skills, and receive support and empathy. With my training in social work, I see therapy as a collaborative process where we can address any issues you experience with both practical and clinical solutions. I won’t pretend to have all the answers (and who really does?), but I will be here as your advocate and partner—working alongside you to play to your strengths and find coping skills that make life feel more manageable. I'm passionate about working with children and youth, but welcome individuals of all ages. I am committed to fostering a safe, affirming space for people from all backgrounds. My personal and professional experiences have deepened my belief in social work as a tool to challenge racism, sexism, ableism, homophobia/transphobia, and all forms of oppression.
