I use a client centered approach which focuses on the clients goals. Many persons seek help for anxiety, depression, dealing with the effects of trauma, and dealing with difficult life problems like relationship problems, health problems of themselves or others, and addiction. I often teach clients relaxations methods to improve their wellbeing while dealing with difficult problems. I have worked with many persons who have experienced extreme trauma, including veterans and refugees. I also specialize in treating gambling addiction and with seniors who have mental and physical health challenges.
