There is a popular Lao Tsu quote that says, "Knowing others is wisdom, but knowing yourself is enlightenment." Without intentionally reflecting and looking inwards it becomes difficult to stay present and even keeled. Using current evidenced based practices my goal is to help you rediscover yourself and alleviate barriers like depression, anxiety or intrusive thoughts, substance abuse, family/marital issues and anger problems that are keeping you from truly being present, knowing yourself, and investing fully into meaningful relationships with those around you. Confidential therapy also available for military and medical staff.
