Welcome. We specialize in working with people with high anxiety, relationship difficulties, or complicated relationships with food and their bodies. We often work with actors, writers, artists and people making the transition to parenthood. Our practice is trauma informed and LGBTQIA+ affirming and we strive for humility around themes of faith and race.
