I currently have immediate openings for in person therapy in Minneapolis and telehealth across Minnesota. You may be feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that are hard to change, even when you are putting in a lot of effort. I work with adults, adolescents, and children who want a thoughtful, supportive space to better understand themselves and their relationships. I draw from CBT, DBT, play therapy, and trauma informed approaches to support emotional regulation, resilience, and self understanding. Through conversation, creative expression, and skill building, we create a plan that feels grounding, empowering, and practical for everyday life.
