I’m Carvel, a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 10 years of experience supporting children, teens, and adults through life’s challenges. My goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, build coping skills, and find balance. Together, we’ll work toward healing, self-discovery, and a stronger sense of well-being—one step at a time. Her ultimate goal with clients is to support their overall well-being by helping them create positive and healthier lifestyles. She recognizes that life can sometimes throw challenges and she works with clients to manage those difficulties in rational and effective ways. Her hope is that clients leave each session feeling refreshed, motivated, and empowered.
