As a therapist, I create a curious, nonjudgmental space that facilitates both change and self-acceptance. My goal is to help you realize a more spacious, hopeful, and fulfilling experience of self, work, and relationships. In my parent guidance work, I provide emotional support, teach specific skills, and think collaboratively. Parenting stimulates intense feelings. It also opens up the unprecedented opportunity to heal past hurts and to experience profound personal change. I am passionate about helping parents feel less alone and more confident.
