My practice focuses on treating children, adolescents, and young adults struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, executive functioning, and low self-esteem. I help individuals and families identify concerns, understand maladaptive behavioral and relational patterns, and develop insight to make positive changes. I am passionate about empowering clients with the skills to improve self-esteem, manage stress, and navigate difficult life transitions. I help clients develop effective communication skills to improve self-advocacy and confidence. I want each client to recognize and own their personal strengths and challenges and work to develop new coping skills to lead a more fulfilling life.
