Hi there my name is Casey and I'm so glad you're here. I know finding the right therapist is such a personal decision and there are so many options. I have been in the mental health field for over 20 yrs and truly couldn't picture myself anywhere else. I enjoy helping other individuals in the helping professions that are managing emotions related to compassion fatigue, parenting and relationship challenges, individuals managing effects of trauma, Anxiety/Depression/ADHD symptoms as well as those that just need a little extra support or someone to talk to.
