As humans, we are wired for connection. Life and relationships can become complicated for reasons such as unresolved conflict, stress, sadness, grief, or trauma. My goal as a therapist is to help you discover what it means to be authentically connected to your partner, family, and yourself. I specialize in building healthy couple relationships, parent-coaching, and working with youth. When working with youth, I typically integrate Play Therapy, Strengths-Based, and Mindfulness techniques to establish a foundation for them to trust themselves and learn to show self-compassion.
