I work with young adults, adults, professionals, couples, and families—especially Christian individuals, parents, pastors, and leaders—who feel stuck despite sincere effort, insight, or faith. They’ve done the work, prayed the prayers, and tried to change, yet keep finding themselves in familiar patterns that leave them anxious, discouraged, or emotionally worn down. Many sense there is more wholeness available, but aren’t sure why it remains out of reach. I also specialize in walking with those who have been wounded by religious or spiritual abuse and who long for healing that restores faith rather than abandoning it.
