Making changes in life can often feel challenging. Uncertainty and self-doubt may create difficulties in finding a clear path forward. Through collaboration, we can identify desired changes and establish steps to achieve them. Therapy can support individuals experiencing emotional pain or problems by facilitating the change they seek. I utilize both EMDR and ART therapies to address various mental health conditions, including trauma, addiction, depression, grief, and anxiety. Additionally, as a certified yoga instructor, I incorporate somatic work into my practice.
