I’ve journeyed alongside individuals through all kinds of life experiences, and it’s my passion to help you find healing and strength in your own story. Through patience, compassion, grace, and empathy I work collaboratively with individuals to help them find the peace and healing that they deserve. My background in camp ministry and outdoor education has shaped my belief that growth often happens through connection, creativity, and exploration, while also employing a variety of therapeutic tools to support my clients as they grow.
