You will be supported through life’s most difficult moments—whether you are experiencing grief, anxiety, depression, major transitions, or relationship/family struggles. Together, we will work to deepen the understanding of your needs and strengthen your capacity for healing and growth. I am here to walk alongside you in that process. I enjoy working with clients of all ages and backgrounds and offer a welcoming, inclusive space. I have a special interest in how our early relationships/family dynamics shape the way we move through the world and how healing in the present can reshape the way we relate to ourselves and others.
