As an Asian-American born to immigrant parents and working in the mental health field, I understand how stigmatized the conversation could be with family, friends, and the culture surrounding. I hope that in this space, folks can freely explore and process their life, relationships, and past experiences in a judgement free zone. For both individuals or couples who look to strengthen their communication and work through differences.
