Do you want to be supported as you undertake the vital and very human project of exploring and growing? I'm a white, queer, gender-expansive West Coaster with a background in writing and theater, which has given me a deep interest in the human experience and the ways we endeavor to become our best selves. I was drawn to therapy to support people in discovering and using their strengths to reach that goal. I provide an affirming space for LGBTQ+ folks to gain renewed self-compassion and authenticity by better understanding themselves and how past traumas and negative messaging might be impacting one's sense of self and possibility.
