My work is about getting curious with you about who you are and what you’re carrying. I strive to create a space that feels safe, inclusive, and real, where you don’t have to perform, explain yourself perfectly, or have it all figured out to be taken seriously. In my work, I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), helping clients make room for difficult thoughts and feelings while still moving toward a meaningful life. Rather than trying to eliminate anxiety or self-doubt, we focus on changing your relationship with them. I also incorporate creative approaches to support expression, processing, and coping.
