Welcome. If you’re here, you may be carrying more than what feels manageable—stress, sadness, anxiety, pain, trauma, sleepless nights, or struggles with substances or relationships. Maybe you feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or simply not where you hoped to be in life. These feelings are part of being human, but when they grow too heavy, it helps to have support. Since 2008 I’ve supported couples, families, teens, and individuals in finding relief and healing. Therapy offers a safe space to explore what’s happening, ease the burden, and begin creating change.
