I believe that true healing occurs when a human feels authentically seen for who they are, connected to the people around them, and safe in the therapeutic space to begin navigating their inner world. I support adults and couples navigating episodic, developmental or complex trauma, identity, and relationship challenges. I help couples build deeper emotional connection to work through patterns that keep them feeling stuck and frustrated. My approach is relational and person centered, drawing from attachment theory, somatic psychotherapy and psychoanalysis. I also offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP).
