My journey to becoming a therapist started with my own struggles at a young age. Over time, I found success in life through learning from failure. I ran away, literally and figuratively, until I discovered that the thing I kept running from wasn't external but internal discontent. Choosing to become a therapist was a gift to myself—to help myself and others like me who struggle with mental health. At NOCD, my team and I specialize in providing evidence-based treatment for OCD. Our understanding of its nuances helps us to accurately diagnose and treat it. We have received intensive training in ERP—the gold standard treatment for OCD.
