Ideally our everyday lives would provide the opportunities, relationships, and help we need. We are meant to run ideas past each other regularly to try to get to a better understanding, and it is often easier to care when others care with us. This isn’t so easy to do it alone, in our own heads. Sometimes life can be like a catch 22, things can get stuck, and our heads spin. Really looking at life with others can be hard if we don’t have the time, understanding, patience, compassion, or calm to do it. And some people have their own issues, or agenda, and may put that onto us.
