My goal is to create a safe and welcoming space where you feel understood and empowered to be yourself. I began working with children and families as a Certified Child Life Specialist supporting children and families facing chronic illness, terminal diagnoses, and acute mental health challenges. After earning an MSW, with a Trauma Certificate, I focused on supporting youth with mental health needs in the school setting. I am passionate about helping children, teens and adults discover their inherent strengths and potential. Everyone deserves a compassionate space to share their story, find support, and build skills to thrive.
