Life is difficult. At times, we want another person to help us navigate unexpected changes, emotional struggles, confusing relationships, or moments of self-doubt. What I offer is space, time, and an honest, attuned relationship where we can explore life’s difficulties together. My approach is primarily psychodynamic and somatic. This work helps deepen the connection between mind and body, while bringing awareness to unconscious patterns that shape how we feel, relate, and move through the world. I am easy to talk to, open-minded, gently guiding, and I provide ample space for process, reflection, and spontaneity.
