I am a LCSW with a passion for mental and physical health. In my therapy sessions, I will see you as a whole and not just define you by your struggle. A person who is motivated to grow, explore and challenge themselves will get the support they need while I take every step with you. I feel confident treating people of all ages and primarily use CBT to help challenge negative thought patterns.
