I look forward to working with adults and teens who feel life is out of their control or who struggle with allowing themselves to be in the present moment. Anxiety and depression can draw our minds towards the past and the future. This makes it difficult for us to appreciate what surrounds us. Additionally, adult and teen athletes and musicians struggling with performance issues can feel overlooked by others. Common issues I have found include eating disorders, body image issues, struggles with personal identity, and more.
