Hello and welcome. I support teens and adults facing ADHD, grief including companion pet loss, trauma, compassion fatigue/burnout, depression, and anxiety. I work with people who are ready to try new strategies and bring them into everyday life. When you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected, it can be hard to show up as the person you want to be. Together, we’ll explore how difficult thoughts and emotions can get in the way of moving forward, and find ways to live a more fulfilling life that aligns with what matters most to you. I use evidence-based approaches to help clients build resilience, self-compassion, and practical coping skills. You’ll learn strategies to manage stress, handle difficult emotions, and respond effectively in challenging moments. I often work with college students adjusting to campus life and professionals facing burnout or caregiving strain.
