About
Do you relate to anxiety memes on social media? What about staying up late at night thinking about that time you told the host at that restaurant you went to years ago, “you too,” when they told you to “enjoy your meal?” How about all-or-nothing thinking? "I’ll never figure this out," "life will always be hard," or "I’ll never be happy." Unfortunately, so many of us do, especially women in this society. I want to help you let go of those embarrassing moments you dwell on, stop doomscrolling on social media, and accept that life can still be worth living even with painful events in it. I’m a firm believer that instead of living in black and white situations, the gray in our lives is where the most happiness is found, because it’s in that space that we truly accept who we are and what life really is—a chain of events that we can’t change but we can grow from.
