I am a client-focused, trauma-informed clinician who earned a Master’s Degree in Forensic Psychology. I utilizes a clinical approach that incorporates person-centered therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). With several years of experience working with adults, adolescents, and families in various outpatient, community-based settings, I have developed a culturally competent and holistic approach to mental health care. I support individuals experiencing mood disorders, trauma, grief and life transitions.
