A genuine relationship between people is one in which you are comfortable to be yourself and in which the other clearly sees your potential and supports its growth. Compassion, acceptance, comfort, respect and safety is what I strive to create in a relationship with a client. This encourages a deepening trust to develop while allowing the work towards true healing to begin. People often come to therapy searching for relief from depression, anxiety, grief and difficult relationships. I have extensive experience working with adults, couples and teens. My education and training provide me with appropriate tools and techniques for treating each client based on his/her individual challenges and needs. Selecting a therapist can be confusing. Who you choose to work with and for how long is up to you, and I always respect that.
