As part of the team of the First StrideZ Counseling group in Ocala, FL, I have had the opportunity to work with, and support, both young people and their families. With a history in the field of Art Education and counseling, united with a deep of love of Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Brief Therapy, I endeavor to combine my passion with my skill to offer a deeper more meaningful connection for children and adults alike.
