Providing therapy to diverse groups of people is what fills my cup...I would like to take this time to share a bit about what my training, experience, and knowledge is around providing effective therapy. I have had the privilege in working with children and adults in coping and managing trauma symptoms. Many of us are suffering in silence and truly just need a safe place to process and not feeling judged. I utilize an eclectic therapeutic modalities as many humans are diverse and respond differently, i.e. CBT, DBT, TFCBT informed skills.
