Life is full of transitions, whether in childhood or adulthood. They are part of life and can be positive or negative. Life will always throw something your way. I'd like to help you through these transitional periods and make the journey smooth and comfortable. Seeking treatment can be a difficult choice but in the end is a rewarding part of life. I support clients dealing with anxiety, depression, or ADHD. I also offer parenting support around children and teen issues. I also also work with women struggling with pregnancy or postpartum challenges, as well as clients who may be struggling with job/school/relationship issues. I also see women who are pregnant, struggling with postpartum symptoms/being a new mom, or other life stressors. I also provide support around sports performance challenges.
