I have experience as an intensive therapist providing psychotherapy for those struggling with serious mental health conditions /Caregiver burnout/suicidal ideation/trauma/ anxiety/depression/grief & loss/life transitions/discrimination/self-harming behaviors/& stress. I support adolescents and adults rediscover themselves, own their self-worth, and use their strengths to become not only the best versions of themselves, but feel better so they can enjoy life again. I’m excited to support you on your journey, whether this is your first time with therapy or returning!
