I am glad you have come here with the desire and hope of wanting to promote your well-being. I understand it was probably not an easy decision to come to but I am more than willing to do my best to support you, whichever way I can. Often times, life circumstances cause us to develop a wide variety of symptoms that I like to consider as part of the human condition. Anxiety and depression are part of that human condition. I strongly believe life is a journey in which there is always room for growth. I want to help you find the tools you need to promote that growth you have been longing for. I graduated from CSULB with a Bachelors in Health Science and received my Masters of Science in Counseling from the University of Phoenix. I am passionate about helping others normalize life experiences that often times cause us shame or guilt and am eager to help empower others.
