I am a licensed psychologist providing in-person and telehealth psychotherapy in the state of California (PSY29383) and telehealth to residents of New York (027520). My areas of specialty include the treatment of anxiety, mood, and stress-related concerns, with particular expertise in obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), trauma, and reproductive/perinatal mental health. My therapeutic stance can be described as warm, nonjudgmental, collaborative, and genuine. My goals as a therapist are to know you, help make sense of what you’re going through, relieve distress, and help you live a more content and values-driven life.
