Hello! Thank you for taking the time to allow me to introduce myself as you navigate your own personal journey. My name is Cassandra and I have been working individually with clients in therapy for about two and a half years. Prior to this, I worked with individuals in child welfare and domestic violence. I have a deep passion for providing non stigmatizing and non judgmental care as people navigate their lives. I am a current PhD student in Counselor Education and Supervision, with research focuses around weight stigma, eating disorders, trauma, and the LGBTQ+ community. This mirrors my clinical interests and specialities. I am passionate about creating a space where individuals feel free to show up as their authentic self, feeling valued, understood, and able to unmask. I am a Health at Every Size (HAES) clinician and work with ages 12 and up, specializing in eating disorders, body image, trauma/complex trauma, and working closely with marginalized communities.
