I work with anxious, high-achievers on relational difficulties, life transitions, trauma, and anxiety. Before becoming a therapist, I worked at a high-intensity consulting firm; my clients appreciate that I bring a deep level of understanding of their daily life to our work together. My clients are not simply looking for a therapist to smile, nod, and say "I understand"; they are looking for someone to challenge their thought processes and help them create new, healthy routines to manage stress and anxiety while living life to the fullest.
