I have some mid day availability Wednesdays and Thursdays for adults Choosing a therapist can be a difficult process. It is important to find someone that you feel comfortable with and can confide in, and that the therapist you choose is skilled and experienced. Over the years I have enjoyed working with individuals, couples, and college age adults. This includes adults suffering from mood disorders, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, PTSD, couples going through difficult times, separation, and divorce. A major part of my practice has been my work with women to address issues of self esteem, depression, and anxiety. I utilize a combination of treatment approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
