Cassie Sawyer, owner of Root to Crown Healing & Wellness, is a social justice-oriented art therapist who weaves creativity and holistic mind-body methods into much of her clinical work. Cassie navigates from an anti-colonial lens, and works to decolonize the mental health field. With strong emphasis in long term healing as a collaborative process, Cassie holds space for a flexible and synergetic flow between provider and client to best support each individual’s evolving needs.
